International Recruitment Service

The International Recruitment Service is a service formed in January 2019, commissioned by the Scottish Government. 

The Service provides recruitment solutions on behalf of all 22 NHSScotland organisations, specifically targeting non-UK labour markets.

The aim of the Service is to facilitate the sourcing, recruitment and selection of non-UK candidates that will fill the outstanding vacancies within the NHSScotland Health Boards.

The Service is aware that depending on the background, nationality and experience of the candidate, the process may not be simple, therefore the Service will facilitate the successful candidates with their relocation and oboarding, if required.
