Through the support and advice from the Lifestyle Adviser Support Service (LASS) in the Scottish Borders, Mr Henry’s life with chronic lung condition has been transformed. In this video he talks about being housebound in 2012 and with the right support and advice from health and council services,  he now manages his own allotment which keeps him fit and healthy.

Craig has Alcohol-Related Brain Damage (ARBD) and is supported to live well and at home by Fife’s newly-formed ARBD integrated service.

Former Army boxer, John, has been helped to get back on his feet and regain independence after a serious fall. John, from East Kilbride, has been supported by the Integrated Community Support Team in South Lanarkshire.
